Coaching our kids
Being a soccer coach brought me joy and memories I never thought I needed, it was one of the most rewarding experiences in my life. Practicing during the week to confront our adversaries during the weekend, not only helped our youth learned about teamwork, but it also helped them coped with defeat and how to be graceful when achieving victory.
Volunteer work
Doing volunteer work is not an easy task.
Multiple meetings, endless walkthroughs around the complex to identify troubled areas, balancing annual budgets while keeping the H. O. A. fees low and still accomplishing the task at hand is not an easy feat. Yet is done and done with confidence knowing is for the benefit of all the association homeowners. The association has the same challenges Montclair has (Driveway asphalt replacement, public lighting, landscaping maintenance, public safety, parking control, and so on) only at a smaller scale.
